Terms of Use

Fair rules, on and off the board.

These app-specific terms supplement Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement and explain Solo Test Pro access, purchases, account controls, and fair play.

Effective September 1, 2026Version 1.0

1. Agreement and eligibility

By downloading or using Solo Test Pro, you agree to these terms and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. If the two conflict, mandatory law and Apple's applicable platform terms control. If you cannot agree, do not use the app. You must be legally able to enter this agreement or use the app with permission from a parent or guardian.

2. Personal license

Teddy App Labs gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Solo Test Pro on Apple devices you own or control, subject to Apple's usage rules. The app, original artwork, puzzle content, brand, code, and service designs remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. This license does not transfer ownership.

3. Pro access and purchases

Interactive tutorial

The two-move tutorial is available before purchase. Other gameplay requires an active Pro entitlement.

Weekly subscription

The weekly plan renews automatically at the localized price shown by the App Store unless canceled through your Apple account. A seven-day free introductory trial is offered only when StoreKit shows your Apple account as eligible. If not canceled before the trial ends, it converts to the displayed weekly price. Apple determines eligibility, billing timing, refunds, taxes, grace periods, and renewal behavior.

Lifetime purchase

Lifetime is a one-time non-consumable purchase that unlocks the current Solo Test Pro app for the purchasing Apple account. It is not a promise that every online service will operate forever, and it does not transfer to a different Apple account unless Apple provides that right.

Restore and cancellation

Use Restore Purchases if access is missing. Deleting a Solo Test Pro account does not cancel an Apple subscription; subscription management is a separate action in App Store settings.

4. Fair play and acceptable use

You may not:

  • Manipulate official scores, achievements, streaks, or leaderboard submissions.
  • Use automation to abuse accounts, purchases, content, or network services.
  • Probe, disrupt, overload, or bypass security controls on protected services.
  • Redistribute protected app content or misrepresent it as your own product.
  • Use Solo Test Pro in a way that violates law or another person's rights.

Assisted or rescued runs may be excluded from official rankings as described in the app.

5. Availability, updates, and progress

Local play is designed to remain useful without a network connection, but daily content, sync, authentication, purchase refresh, and some platform features require third-party or online services. We may update puzzles, missions, compatibility, security, and service behavior. We work to protect progress, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

Hints, solver results, challenge validation, and sync are provided as game features, not professional advice. Use of Apple Vision Pro must follow Apple's safety guidance and your physical surroundings remain your responsibility.

6. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the app, sign out, or delete your cloud account at any time. We may restrict abusive online access when reasonably necessary to protect players, purchases, or service integrity. Rights that naturally survive termination—including intellectual-property protections, payment obligations already incurred, and applicable warranty limitations—continue as described by Apple's Standard EULA and mandatory law.

7. Changes and contact

We may revise these terms for legal, security, service, or product changes. The effective date will be updated, and material changes may be announced in the app. Questions can be sent to turhan@teddyapplabs.com.
